- Item must be within the 30-day return window from the delivery date
- Product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
- All hygiene seals and protective films must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, worn, or installed
- Products with missing serial numbers or tampered labels
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Software or digital products that have been activated or downloaded
- Items returned without all original packaging and accessories
- Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact our customer service team at 2920579356@qq.com or call +86-185-2787-2653 within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Step 2: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Write your RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Step 3: Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.
4. Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times vary by payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after refund approval
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after refund approval
- Other payment methods: Varies by provider, typically 5-14 business days
Refund Amount
The refund amount will be the full purchase price of the item(s) returned, excluding original shipping charges. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product).
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and process a replacement or full refund promptly.
For defective items, please include a description and photos of the defect when contacting us. This helps us improve our quality control processes.
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items only. For all other cases, we recommend returning the unwanted item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product. This ensures the fastest processing time.
7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened:
- Earphones and in-ear monitors (for hygiene reasons)
- Screen protectors and phone cases (once applied)
- Charging cables (once unsealed)
- Personal care accessories
These items may still be returned if unopened and in their original sealed packaging within the 30-day return window.
